Today we have a picnic in the woods after going for mushrooms. The forest this year surprises with a variety of all sorts of mushrooms that appeared at the same time - aspen, boletus, umbrellas, redheads, buttermilk. For a snack, I made tortillas with pockets and stuffed them with fresh vegetables and baked Turkey. Cooking tortillas will not take much time, and delicious Turkey filling with fresh vegetables and spicy sauce will make a snack in nature nutritious and unusual. The ingredients for the tortilla are measured in one glass (I have 150 ml). the main thing here is the proportions. The original recipe used only wheat flour, but I don't really like plain wheat bread, so I took half wheat flour and half whole wheat rye.
Mix the crushed pepper mixture with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and coat the steaks with this mixture, leave to marinate for 30 minutes. Mix the water, flour and the main part of the semolina, knead the dough and leave it for at least 30 minutes., smearing the bun with vegetable oil.
Knead the dough, divide it into equal parts, lubricate the bun with butter.
Mix the remaining semolina with baking powder, slightly sprinkle this mixture on the work surface, stretch each bun into a thin tortilla or knead on the table, sprinkle on top with a mixture of flour and baking powder, fold 3 times, and bake in a dry pan on both sides.
In the finished cake, cut the pocket.
Marinated Turkey salt to taste and fry, then leave to "rest" for 10 minutes under the foil.
Cut the steaks into chunks.
Mix finely chopped Basil with vegetable oil and finely chopped garlic, leave for 15 minutes, then add yogurt, sour cream, lemon juice, crushed coriander and pepper mixture, mix thoroughly.
Cut thinly tomatoes and cucumber, smear first inside the tortilla sauce, then fill with vegetables and Turkey, and add the sauce.
