We offer to prepare a simple salad from available products, which will perfectly complement lunch or dinner. Crackers, vegetables and chicken go very well together. The salad turns out crispy and very tasty!

  1. Boil a large chicken thigh or 200 g of fillet. Cut into small pieces.
  2. Finely chop the cabbage.
  3. Cut the bread into 1-1.5 cm cubes.
  4. Crush the garlic with the tip of a large knife, finely chop. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, add the garlic, fry for half a minute so that the garlic gives its flavor to the oil.
  5. Add sliced bread to the garlic. Fry the crackers on all sides until golden brown.
  6. In a salad bowl, mix the meat, cabbage, chopped onion and canned corn. Sometimes I even grate carrots on a coarse grater, add dill, this time I don’t add it.
  7. Add salt and mayonnaise, mix.
  8. To prevent the crackers from getting wet, it is better not to put them in the salad in advance. Just before use, add the crackers and mix.
  9. It turns out very tasty and satisfying!
