Instructions
Maybe a little unusual – mushrooms with cucumber – but delicious!
Wash the cucumbers and mushrooms. slice them thinly (I use a small shredder for vegetables).
Mix soy sauce with honey and salt, garlic (grate), pepper.
Stir, add chopped parsley (or dill – if you like it better), it seemed to me a little soy sauce and I added about 1 tbsp. l. soy sauce.
Ready.
