  1. Cut the sausage into strips. To prepare this salad, you can use sausages, such as salami or servelat. To make the salad more piquant, you can add raw smoked sausage together with semi-smoked sausage.
  2. Cut the pickles into strips.
  3. Cut the cheese into cubes.
  4. Peel the red onion and cut it into thin half rings.
  5. Rinse the greens thoroughly, shake off the water and finely chop.
  6. Mix the sausage, cheese, cucumbers and onions in a salad bowl.
  7. Add the herbs and mix gently.
  8. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar and mustard. Add salt and pepper to taste and beat thoroughly until the salt dissolves.
  9. Season the salad and serve it to the table.
