A rich and spicy salad of simple products, which is very popular among men and not only. Perfect for dinner, picnic, and a hearty snack. This salad is especially good with cold beer and a slice of crispy, freshly baked country bread.
Peel the onion and cut it into feathers. Put in a small saucepan, fill with water, vinegar, put on fire. Add 2 tsp sugar, 1 tsp salt, let boil for a minute and remove from heat. Leave to cool in the marinade.
Meanwhile, cut the cheese and sausage into large strips.
We also cut gherkins (or pickles).
Wash radish, cut into thin slices. Drain the marinade from the cooled onion.
In a salad bowl, mix sausage, cheese, radishes and gherkins with pickled onions. Pour the marinade from under the gherkins, pepper, check for salt and, if necessary, sugar. Let stand for 30 minutes and serve, sprinkled with green.
