  1. Pour water into a bowl, add sugar and vinegar. Cut the pickled onion into half rings. Leave it on for 15 minutes. Cucumber and pepper cut into small cubes.
  2. Chop the cabbage. Radish cut in half and finely chop. Add salt, pepper and vegetable oil. Finely chop the green onion and add the same amount of pickled onion. Mix gently.
