  1. Separate 4 leaves from the cabbage and pour boiling water over them.
  2. Slice the celery and radish.
  3. Slice the avocado and tomato.
  4. Despite the fact that my recipe states that you will need 5 tablespoons of boiled beans, I soaked and boiled with a pressure cooker (the program “beans” 40 minutes) the whole package of beans. I put the beans in portions in bags and sent them to the freezer.I’ll get them out and use them as needed. Very convenient.
  5. Serve the salad, put the lettuce leaf on the cabbage leaf, on the lettuce leaf itself))) Sprinkle with chopped dill.
