Instructions
Peel the carrots and grate them on a coarse grater.
Peel and core the apple, grate it on a coarse grater and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and cut into thick strips.
Wash the celery stalks and cut into small pieces.
Fry the sesame seeds in a dry frying pan.
