On New Year’s Eve, I really want to put something bright and festive on the table, at the same time quick and easy to prepare, because there will be a lot of dishes. This salad will not take you much time and effort, but it will be noticeable on the table. Tested by me, and more than once.

  1. Peel the squid and boil them in plenty of water for 2 minutes. Rinse and cool.
  2. Cut into thin strips. Wash the tomatoes, cut them and let the juice drain.
  3. Put the squid and tomatoes in a salad bowl. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and put it in a salad bowl.
  4. Finely chop the garlic and herbs and add to the salad bowl. Lay out the capers (you can replace them with rings of olives and olives-olives).
  5. Add salt and mix.
  6. Mix yogurt, mayonnaise and ground pepper. Season the salad before serving.
