  1. Clean the squid, boil in plenty of water for 2 minutes. Rinse and cool.
  2. Cut into thin strips. Wash the tomatoes, cut them and let the juice drain.
  3. Put the squid and tomatoes in a salad bowl. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, put it in a salad bowl.
  4. Finely chop the garlic and herbs and add them to the salad bowl. Lay out the capers (you can replace them with rings of olives, olives-pate).
  5. Add salt and mix everything together.
  6. Mix yogurt, mayonnaise and ground pepper. Season the salad before serving.
