We clean the squid. We prepare the marinade. Add spices, salt, sugar, and apple cider vinegar to the water. Bring to a boil, boil for a couple of minutes, gently lower the squid. After boiling, cook for no more than 1.5 minutes. Turn off the heat and leave the squid to soak in the marinade for a couple of minutes. Drain the marinade, cool.
We cut our products into cubes.
We fill it with homemade mayonnaise of our own preparation.
