  1. Wash the arugula, dry it with a towel, tear off the hard tails and send it to the salad bowl.
  2. Cut tomatoes in half.
  3. Cut the mozzarella into medium cubes.
  4. For the filling, mix olive oil, soy sauce and the juice of half a lemon. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Mix all the ingredients and mix gently.
