I offer a simple and quick salad with mozzarella, tomatoes and avocado. Salad is light, dietary, juicy. If you have regular tomatoes, cut them into cubes.

  1. Put a layer of mozzarella in serving glasses and pick Basil leaves.
  2. Cut tomatoes into halves. Put on the cheese. Season with salt and pepper and add olive oil.
  3. Mash the avocado with a fork and drizzle with lemon juice.
  4. Spread on the tomatoes.
  5. Garnish the salad with parsley sprigs.
