  1. Cook the beans until tender. To do this, it is better to soak dry beans for 5-6 hours and cook in unsalted water. It is not forbidden to take canned beans from the jar.
  2. Finely chop the onion and carrots to grate on a coarse grater. Fry everything together until Golden brown. Cool.
  3. Cut the onion into thin half-rings and sprinkle with lemon juice. I have a sweet salatny onion, if you have a bitter onion, it is better to wash it with cold water.
  4. Put the boiled beans in a salad bowl. Add the fried vegetables.
  5. Cut the pickles and boiled eggs into cubes and add to the salad bowl.
  6. Put the onion in the salad and mix everything, add pepper and salt to taste. Add a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil. By the way, this salad can be seasoned with mayonnaise. It will also be very tasty.
