  2. Cut the celery into thin strips.

  4. Cabbage, if it is large, chop with a knife.
  5. Finely chop the cilantro.
  6. Mix everything, add oil, mix, check for taste and, if necessary, correct: add a little cabbage brine, lemon juice, sesame oil. In short, to your taste.
  7. Let the salad brew a little, mix again and serve.
