Salad with Chicken and Peaches Recipe
A very pleasant, light and spicy salad, not overloaded with ingredients. I saw it on TV and cooked it, and now I want to share it. This salad is easy to prepare in the evening after work, in the morning for breakfast or before the unexpected arrival of guests.

  1. Boiled chicken fillet cut into cubes. Mix honey, mustard and soy sauce in a bowl and pour the marinade over the chicken.
  2. Cut the peaches into cubes, lettuce leaves into strips, add to the chicken, mix well.
  3. Put the salad on a plate, garnish with cherry tomatoes, cut in half, a little pepper, if necessary, salt. Drizzle with olive oil and serve.
