Chicken and Peach Salad Recipe
A very pleasant, light and spicy salad, not overloaded with ingredients. I saw it on TV and cooked it, now I want to share it. This salad is easy to prepare in the evening after work, in the morning for breakfast or before an unexpected arrival.

  1. Cut the boiled chicken fillet into cubes. Mix honey, mustard and soy sauce in a bowl, pour the marinade over the chicken.

  2. Cut the peaches, lettuce into strips into cubes, combine with the chicken, stir.

  3. Put the salad on a plate, garnish with cherry tomatoes, cut in half, a little pepper, salt if necessary. Drizzle with olive oil and serve.
