  1. The washed and chopped chicken liver is soaked in wine with seasonings for half an hour. Then fry until the liquid evaporates. Put it in a salad bowl. Cucumbers are not cut into small cubes. Bulgarian pepper is also cut into cubes. The salad will look more beautiful if the peppers are different colors. Eggs cut into large cubes. We put everything in one salad bowl. Half of the quince is fried for two minutes, in a frying pan without oil. We send it to the rest of the ingredients. Chop the green onion. If desired, you can add corn. Mix everything, salt, pepper to taste. The salad is ready, you can fill it with any sauce to your taste.
