Salad with Grapes and Avocado Recipe

  1. Wash the arugula, dry it, tear it and put it in a bowl.
  2. Wash the grapes and dry them. If it is large and with bones, then cut it into halves and remove the bones, small boneless grapes can be added to the salad as a whole.
  3. Chop the walnuts and cut the onion into thin feathers.
  4. Peel the avocado, cut into cubes, sprinkle with lemon juice and add to the salad.
  5. Add the cheese, cut into small cubes.
  6. Prepare the sauce by whipping olive oil with honey, salt, pepper and vinegar.
  7. Pour the sauce over the salad and serve immediately.
