Salad with Grapes and Cheese Recipe
Excellent salad with grapes and cheese. Quickly prepared and very quickly eaten. An excellent combination of ripe grapes, homemade cheese, walnuts emphasized by lemon juice and balsamic vinegar.

  1. Cut the onion into rings, add salt and sprinkle with wine vinegar. Leave for a couple of minutes. Cut or break the cheese into small cubes. Add the chopped parsley and walnuts. Add the marinated onion to the cheese. Add honey, vegetable oil, lemon juice, and balsamic vinegar to the wine vinegar and mix. Add the grapes to the cheese, mix and pour the sauce over it.
