Salad with Kohlrabi and Carrots in Korean Recipe
I recently fell in love with kohlrabi and now we are trying to diversify our menu with this vegetable. I found a salad on the Internet that both we and the guests really liked. I suggest you try it.

Ingredients

Kohlrabi cabbage
200

Carrot

Garlic

Vegetable oil

Vinegar (6%)

Coriander

Chili pepper

Sugar
Instructions
Kohlrabi clean and remove all hard places. Cut into strips.
Grate the carrots on a grater for Korean carrots. (I don’t have it, I cut it with a special knife).
Add chopped garlic to the vegetables and, if you like, chili. I have one without it.
Prepare the filling. Mix sugar, salt and ground coriander.
Mix spices with vegetable oil and vinegar. Mix well.
Add the dressing to the vegetables, stir, cover and refrigerate for 12-20 hours.
