Salad with Mozzarella, Vegetables and Trout Recipe

Chop the greens coarsely, put them in a bowl, add the tomatoes, cut in half.
Put olives, onions, cut into thin half rings on the salad.
Add trout, cut into thin strips, mozzarella, diced;
Garnish the salad with cucumber, cut into a thin spiral;
Drizzle with oil, salt and pepper to taste, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
