A delicious and not quite ordinary salad of radish, orange and lightly salted red fish. Juicy and crunchy, it is more suitable for ladies ‘ gatherings.
Prepare the ingredients. Wash the vegetables and herbs.
Cut the skin from the orange. I have a small red orange.
Then cut the fillet from the orange. Collect the juice, it will be useful for dressing.
In a bowl, mix the orange juice with vinegar, add a pinch of salt and pepper. Thinly slice the radish and onion. Marinate the radish and onion in the prepared marinade for 5-7 minutes.
Cut the red fish into thin slices. I have lightly salted trout.
Now we collect the salad. Place the lettuce leaves on a plate.
Lay out the pickled onions and radishes. Top with orange fillet and red fish slices. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
