Cut the skin from the orange. I have a small red orange.
Then cut fillets from the orange. Collect the juice, it will be useful for dressing.
In a bowl, mix the orange juice with vinegar, add a pinch of salt and pepper. Radishes and onions are finely chopped. Marinate the radish and onion in the prepared marinade for 5-7 minutes.
Cut the red fish into thin slices. I have lightly salted trout.
Now we collect the salad. Put the lettuce leaves on a plate.
Put the pickled onions and radishes. Top with orange fillets and slices of red fish. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
