Products for making salad dressing. I used Dijon mustard, but in the absence of it, you can use any other.
Put all the ingredients for the dressing in a bowl and whisk with a blender until smooth.
And this is the vegetable component of the salad.
Tear the lettuce leaves with your hands, cut the tomatoes into thin slices, onions into four parts, and then as thin as possible.
Combine the prepared vegetables.
Fill the vegetables with dressing (leave a couple of spoons) and mix.
