  1. Boil the shrimp in boiling salted water for 5 minutes, cool and peel.
  2. Wash the arugula and chard well, dry and finely chop.
  3. Cut the apples into small cubes, sprinkle them with lemon juice so that they do not darken.

  5. Cut the crusts from the bread, cut it into cubes and dry it in a hot frying pan.
