Instructions
Boil the shrimp in boiling salted water for 5 minutes, cool and peel.

Cut the crusts from the bread, cut it into cubes and dry it in a hot frying pan.
For the sauce. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon and mix it with balsamic vinegar and sugar. Mix all the ingredients and season with the sauce.
