Instructions
Cut cucumbers into strips.
Add the beans. If you have canned food, drain the liquid. I used boiled water.
Drain the excess oil from the canned fish and mash the fish into puree. Add to the total weight.
Add the greens, spinach leaves.
Prepare the dressing by mixing all the ingredients and squeeze the garlic into it.
Pour over the salad and mix gently.
