Currently, canned fish is quite often included in many salad recipes. It is not surprising, because it is combined with almost all vegetables, but I want to share an unusual recipe for a salad with beans, fish, pickled onions and tomatoes. The salad is suitable for a festive table and for an everyday menu.
Cut the onion into quarter rings and marinate for 20-30 minutes with vinegar,salt and sugar, pour boiling water. Cut the tomatoes into cubes, chop the parsley.
Divide the tuna into pieces. Add beans, tuna, pickled onion, parsley to the tomatoes.
Prepare the dressing: mix olive oil, salt, lemon juice and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad. You can add salt to taste. Mix everything thoroughly. The salad is ready.
