  1. Boil the broccoli in salted water for 7 minutes, then put it in a colander and pour cold water over it. Let the excess liquid drain. Cut the tomato into slices, pepper into strips.
  2. Chop the onion into half rings, add cauliflower, disassembled into inflorescences.
  3. For salad dressing: mix soy sauce, butter and lemon juice. If necessary, add salt, ground pepper. Season the salad and mix gently.
