Green Onion
Leek
Parsley
(to taste)

Lemon juice
Allspice
(to taste)
Olive oil
(to taste)
Instructions
Soak the beans in water overnight. Then cook for about 45 minutes. Finely chop the tomatoes and peppers.
Add the cooled beans.
Onion (I have green and leek head) and finely chop the parsley, add to the salad.
Season with salt, pepper, sprinkle with lemon and add olive oil. Mix well.
