Instructions
In a large saucepan, boil water, add salt, disassemble the broccoli and cauliflower into inflorescences, cook for 2-34 minutes until half-cooked.
Discard the vegetables in a colander.
Salmon fillet cut into cubes of 1.5-2 cm.
Prepare the filling: in a deep bowl, mix eggs, cream, grated parmesan (I grate on a fine grater).
Whisk well with a whisk or fork, add salt. pepper. add the basil, mix everything together.
Grease a baking dish with high sides with butter, put boiled cauliflower and broccoli, as well as fish in a mold.
Pour our cream cheese sauce over the fish and vegetables.
Bake in a preheated 200% oven for 20-30 minutes, the top should be browned, but do not dry the fish).
Ready!
Serve warm.
