Cut the freshly salted salmon into small cubes. Form of grease with butter and put on the bottom of the salmon.
Cut the leeks and Parmesan into smaller pieces. In a pan pour oil and fry ( saute ) the onion. Constantly stirring to add flour, pour the milk, pour the Parmesan and season with dried Basil, salt and pepper.
The mixture was poured into a mold with salmon.
( Broccoli to separate and for 3 - 5 minutes to put in boiling water. Then put under running water and let the water drain ). Put the broccoli on top of the mixture and put it in the oven at 200 degrees.
The casserole is ready in 20 minutes.
On the table serve with potatoes and greens. I have boiled and slightly fried potatoes. Greens - dill, celery and parsley.
