You can’t do without sandwiches at any meal. Sandwiches with fish or red caviar are especially popular. I made sandwiches with lightly salted, fatty, soft mackerel, salted it myself and added slices of pickled spicy apple to add flavor. Try it, it turns out very tasty.
Prepare the ingredients for the sandwiches. The mackerel is already salted. From it you need to pull out all the bones, remove the skin and cut into thin slices.
Cut the apple into thin slices, pour honey, vegetable oil and lemon juice, add ground coriander. Gently mix and place in the microwave for 30 seconds. Apple slices will become elastic, not brittle and will pickle faster.
Prepare the sandwich sauce from grain mustard, lemon juice and vegetable oil, add salt and pepper to taste. Add salt depending on the salinity of the fish.
Dry the slices of bread in a dry frying pan and spread with butter.
Place slices of apple sprinkled with spices on top of the butter.
Put the pieces of salted mackerel on the apples and pour mustard sauce over them.
The sandwiches are ready. Enjoy your meal!
