  1. Heat the frozen seafood cocktail in a frying pan and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the oil and fry lightly.
  2. Potatoes are cooked, drain the broth; mash the potatoes in mashed potatoes, adding a little potato broth to the desired consistency (do not forget that we will add cream)
  3. Finely chop the onion, fry until golden brown.
  4. Mix everything in a blender. Put it in a saucepan, add cream and sour cream, add salt, bring to a boil – the soup is ready. You can decorate with whole shrimp.
