  1. Cut cabbage into strips, mix with vinegar (I have wine), leave for 10 minutes. Soak the tomatoes in hot water for a few minutes.
  2. Radish, too, cut into strips. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Place in a plate (salad bowl) in small heaps.
  3. Cut the skinless tomato into small cubes. We also stack a bunch of carrots and radishes. Add the cabbage.
  4. Slice the arugula and green salad. Put it in the middle. Garnish with lemon (and without it).
  5. In a glass, mix about 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, olive oil and salt. We water our salad. Before eating, you can mix the ingredients, or you can leave everything the same.
  6. Ready!
