  1. In half a Cup of warm milk, dilute the yeast, add a little sugar and flour. Let stand for about 15 minutes. to activate the yeast.
  2. In the bowl of the mixer, pour the flour, sugar, salt, break the egg and add the yeast that has risen. Stir. Heat the remaining milk with butter and pour it warm into the dough. Knead the dough until smooth (with your hands or a mixer). Cover and leave in a warm place to rise for 1-1. 5 hours.
  3. Carefully knead the dough and divide it into 18 pieces.
  4. Roll each thinly into an elongated oval.
  5. Roll it up.
  6. Put the blanks on a prepared baking sheet, cover with a towel and send them to proofing for 30 minutes. Then grease the bagels with egg and sprinkle with sesame or nuts.
  7. Bake in the oven, preheated to 220*C, until Golden. Bon Appetit!
