  1. For the dough, mix the egg with sugar, add the melted butter. Gradually add flour and baking powder, mix first with a whisk, then with a spoon.
  2. You should get a soft thick dough, you don’t need to knead it, just stir it with a spoon.
  3. I covered the form with a diameter of 28 cm with parchment from the bottom. Spread the dough and spread it with a spatula on the surface of the mold, you can help with your hands. You can make bumpers, sometimes I do, sometimes I don’t. We send it to a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes.
  4. When the dough is baked, put the apples on top, cut into thin slices.
  5. Place small pieces of butter on top of the apples.
  6. Mix sugar with vanilla and sprinkle with apples. If you like cinnamon, you can add it. We send it to the oven for another 15-20 minutes.
  7. We let the finished cake cool down a little, cut it into pieces and call everyone to drink tea.
