In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder (1 pc.), salt (1/3 teaspoon).
Next, add butter at room temperature (100 gr.). Mix dry ingredients with soft butter, add egg (1 pc.), egg yolk (1 pc.), add 3 tablespoons of sour cream. Stir the mixture.
Add sugar (2 tablespoons).
If the dough is too thin, you can add a little flour. The dough should be soft and comfortable for subsequent work with it.
Grease the baking dish with oil, sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Lay out the dough in small pieces, spread it evenly over the entire form. Form the sides.
Cut the apples into slices. I want to note that the recipe uses sweet and sour apples of soft varieties.
Decorate the pie to taste.
Form the pie and send it to the oven preheated to 180-190C. Bake until cooked.
