Ingredients

(2 tablespoons for dough + 2 tablespoons for cream)

(salt, allspice, nutmeg)
Instructions
We will need potatoes (peeled), broccoli – inflorescences and peeled onions for the pie. Grind everything in a blender.
Add 1 egg to the vegetables, flour (tablespoons without a slide), spices and cream cheese (Philadelphia is suitable) – 2 tablespoons.
Chop the mass well and put it in a 20 by 30 mold covered with baking paper. Bake the pie in a preheated 180 degree oven. about 15 minutes.
Turn the hot pie over on a kitchen towel, carefully remove the paper. Let the pie cool down.
For the cream: grind mushrooms in a blender (I had honey mushrooms), cheese (2 tbsp.l.), boiled carrots, spices, garlic, mayonnaise and dill.
Cut the cooled cake into 3 equal parts, lubricate with cream. You can sprinkle nuts or crackers on top, having previously crushed them.
Put the cake in the refrigerator for an hour. When serving, cut into portions.
