Today I baked a very delicious pie. He looked so appetizing that my husband, who didn’t want to eat, couldn’t resist. Very tasty pie. In my opinion, it can be served on a festive table as a snack.
While the mushrooms are being fried, prepare potato dough: add salt, pepper, nutmeg and eggs to the crushed potatoes… Mix everything together.
Then add flour to our dough and mix well.
Then add garlic and dill to the mayonnaise. And stir. It’s the sauce.
Then you can start forming the cake.
Put half of the potato dough in 1 layer and rub half of the cheese on top.
Then lay out the mushrooms.
Then brush with the sauce.
Then lay out a layer of potatoes and rub the remaining half of the cheese on top.. And put it in the oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 220 degrees.
