  1. Let the shrimp and scallops thaw at room temperature. Peel the squid, cut into strips of 5-8 mm.
  2. Take the marinade sauce. Fill them with seafood.
  3. Add finely chopped garlic and ginger.
  4. Stir and set aside to marinate for 20 minutes.
  5. Cut the onion into half rings and fry in vegetable oil for a couple of minutes.
  6. Lightly squeeze the seafood from the marinade and put it in a frying pan, simmer for 5 minutes, stirring.
  7. Add a mixture of honey and freshly ground pepper. Mix it.
  8. Serve the snack warm or cold. When serving, sprinkle with green onion feathers.
