Just a delicious dish! Insanely delicious and fragrant. It is prepared quickly and elementary, almost out of nothing. The filling consists of bread and cheese. A great combination of tomatoes, crispy filling and the aroma of Italian herbs!
Wash the tomatoes, dry them and remove the pulp. Put it on a napkin with the cut down to remove excess moisture.
Meanwhile, prepare the marinade. To do this, mix the mashed garlic, oil, salt and spices.
Mix tomatoes and marinade in a bowl and mix gently.
While the tomatoes are marinating, prepare the filling. Grate the cheese, grind the bread into crumbs in a blender. Mix well.
Put the tomatoes on a baking sheet and put the cheese and bread filling (do not mix). Sprinkle the tomatoes with the remaining marinade.
We send it to the oven preheated to 220 C. for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle the finished tomatoes with herbs and let cool.
