  1. For the dough we will need these products:egg, sugar, flour, kefir, butter, vanilla, soda, baking powder and salt. Sift the flour with salt, baking soda and baking powder into a deep bowl and mix. With a whisk, beat the egg with the yogurt and sugar. Add the liquid kefir-egg mixture to the flour. Mix well with a spoon or whisk. Pour in the melted butter.
  2. Mix everything well until smooth. Preheat the multi-Baker, wait for the green indicator to light up and you can start baking!
  3. Pour 2 tablespoons on each half of the panel. test and distribute on the surface (at one time comes out 4). cover and bake each portion for 5 minutes.
  4. Bake all the waffles… do not worry, if the wafers are not whole, it does not interfere with the Assembly! Waffles are soft and tender! There are 8-9 wafers.
  5. For the cream, we will need whipping cream! I use plant-based ones, as they are less calorific! caramel and pastry decorations, you can fruits and berries, if you have!   6.
