I decided to combine my favorite flavors in one pie: coffee and lemon. We liked it. Sour cream turned out to be the softest, most delicate, with an unobtrusive coffee taste and a long lemon aftertaste. Come visit.
Wash the lemon thoroughly and wipe it dry.
I had a large lemon, so I cut one half into thin circles, and grated the zest on the other half.
Sift flour, pour in coffee, soda and mix well.
Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy white mass.
Add lemon zest, sour cream, flour mixture and mix the dough quickly.
Split form d = 20 cm. cover with parchment, grease with oil, sprinkle the bottom with two tablespoons of sugar, spread lemon mugs on top and pour out the dough.
Bake in a preheated 180 °C oven for about 35-40 minutes.

Cool the finished sour cream for the first 10 minutes in the mold, then on a grate or wooden board.
