  1. The main products. Peel the liver from the veins, add salt and spices. I have black and fragrant ground pepper, red hot pepper, hops-suneli.
  2. Chop the onion arbitrarily, but not coarsely. We send it to the frying pan to a mixture of two oils.
  3. Fry-simmer over medium heat until transparent and lightly browned. In the process, add a little salt. At the end, add the finely chopped garlic and warm it up for a minute.
  4. Chop the finished onion into a puree in a convenient way for you, using an immersion blender or a blender bowl. I have a small portion, and I used a coffee grinder. The yield of mashed potatoes is about 3 tbsp.
  5. Cook the spaghetti in well-salted water, following the instructions on the package.
  6. While the pasta is cooking, cook the liver. In the frying pan where the onion was fried, add a little oil, heat it well. Fry the liver over medium heat for 3 minutes on each side. When breaking a piece, the color inside should be slightly pinkish.
  7. Put it on a cutting board, let it cool so that you can stretch your fingers, and cut the liver into smaller than medium-sized pieces.
  8. Put the finished spaghetti on a sieve and, while they are hot, mix with onion puree. If the puree has already cooled down completely, you can dilute it with a spoonful of water from cooking pasta. It will be easier to involve him in this case.
  9. Add the chopped liver and combine everything.
  10. Well, everything is ready! Serve immediately! With fresh vegetables and your favorite tomato (sour cream) sauce, it turns out very tasty! Enjoy your meal!
