  1. Wash the mushrooms, dry them, and slice them. Fry in vegetable oil with onions.
  2. Cook the spaghetti and put it in a colander. Pour in the cream + 1 Cup of broth from the spaghetti, add salt, simmer for 20 minutes, on the slowest fire, under the lid.
  3. Add nutmeg, ground pink pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Add dried Basil, green onions, and spaghetti to the mushrooms. Simmer for another 5 minutes, add salt to taste.
  5. Serve hot, flavored with butter.
