Instructions
  1. Marinate the chicken. I have a chicken set: 4 legs and 2 thighs. First, add the Teriyaki marinade sauce and stir, and then sprinkle with chicken seasoning. Put the bowl aside for about 30 minutes.
  2. Potatoes can be baked in the oven or boiled until half-cooked.
  3. The cooled potatoes are peeled from the skin and cut into large slices.
  4. Put the potatoes in a bowl and mix with soy sauce, vegetable oil (1 tbsp) and seasoning: coriander, dry garlic and turmeric. Instead of salt, I have soy sauce. Pepper as desired.
  5. Marinated chicken is fried in preheated oil, over medium heat until Golden brown, but not until ready.
  6. The baking dish is covered with baking paper and greased with oil (1 tbsp). Spread the chicken.
  7. Lay out the potatoes. Top the chicken with the oil that remains after frying.
  8. Bake the chicken and potatoes in a preheated 180 C oven for 30 minutes or until Golden brown. The finished dish is sprinkled with green onions and served.
  9. Bon Appetit!
