Instructions
  1. I opened the last pumpkin today. My pumpkin is nutmeg. For sandwiches, I took a piece of 100 g. Cut into thin plates. Put it in a bowl, add salt, sprinkle with thyme, rosemary and basil, sprinkle with olive oil and mix. I put it on the form and put it in the oven to bake. Baked pieces of pumpkin I have about 15 minutes. Chicken fillet thinly sliced, about the length of a loaf of bread. With the blunt side of the knife, I beat both sides without zeal.
  2. I put the fillets to fry in a grill pan, greasing a little of its “ribs”. Fry literally for a couple of minutes on each side, sprinkling the sides with salt and freshly ground black pepper. For sandwiches, I will use buckwheat loaves. I spread homemade mayonnaise on the bread. Who is interested in how I do it, I will give a link below to the recipe! You can use any mayonnaise or mayonnaise sauce. We spread the grilled chicken on top of it and put a couple of pieces of baked spicy pumpkin on top of it. Sprinkled with green onions on top.
  3. I served the sandwiches immediately warm to the fried egg (without butter). I sprinkled the sandwiches on top with freshly ground black pepper.
  4. It was my breakfast. Here is such an appetizing beauty!
