Stewed Cabbage with Spelt Recipe

Instructions
Wash spelt. Pour water in a ratio of 1 to 2, bring to a boil and cook for 40 minutes over medium heat.
Vegetables are washed, cleaned, cut into small cubes onions and carrots.
In a frying pan, fry the onion and carrot over medium heat in oil until half-cooked.
Thinly chop the cabbage, put it in a frying pan. Mix it up. Fry for 10 minutes over medium heat.
Pepper cut into strips, I took two colors. Also thinly cut the chili pepper (I have green). We put it to the cabbage. Stir, simmer for 10 minutes.
Add salt, sugar, and a mixture of peppers.
Add the tomato, stir, and simmer for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Add the finished spelt.
Put the greens, I have frozen dill, mix, turn off the fire. Let the dish stand for 10 minutes with the lid closed.
Serve hot. Bon Appetit!!!
