Instructions
Finely chop the onion and tomatoes. The tomato can be grated.
Grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Cut the zucchini into large cubes. Slice the pepper thinly.
Fry the onion in oil and add to the minced meat. Stir and simmer for about a minute. Salt and pepper.
Add pepper and carrots. Stir well and continue to simmer for a couple more minutes.
Now add tomato, tomato paste, pepper paste (if any). Fill with water (2.5 stacks).
Then cut the zucchini into slices. Add salt to taste. Leave to simmer for 25-30 minutes.
Arrange on plates, sprinkle with chopped dill.
